You probably don’t get it because you are supposed to watch it from the start, unlike Twilight where there is nothing important so you can jump right in. Harry Potter is normally liked by intelligent people and Twilight is mainly 15 year old girls. There is nothing really wrong with Twilight (there is), but it is just about some girl hooking up with a 100 yr old vampire who sparkles. Harry Potter is about… I won’t spoil it for you.
