Netcars.com Expands Its Team Following Rapid Growth

Netcars.com has recruited sales manager, Tara Horner, who was previously employed at Yell where she developed a successful telesales team. She is joined by six new telesales executives.

To maximise operational efficiency, Paul Healey, Ashley Green and Mellissa Brown have been enlisted as key account managers. Paul joins from Yell where he was a marketing consultant and has more than five years working with Trade Cars UK Ltd, while Ashley joins from Motors Digital, also from a marketing consultant position. Mellissa brings with her four years of solid B2B account management and field sales experience in the digital advertising and automotive industries.

Rob Bradley has been appointed as recruitment manager to oversee ongoing recruitment and the induction of new staff. Rob has more than 20 years of experience recruiting personnel, both as a recruitment consultant and internal recruiter. He is also a qualified life coach and careers advisor with a specialism in marketing.
