DegreeSearch.org Hosts a Sparkling Eclipse Premier
(PRWEB) July 06, 2010
Draper, Utah (Vocus) July 6, 2010 — Thousands of Twilight fans lined the sidewalks June 30 at the opening of the movie Eclipse, the third installment in the Twilight Saga written by Stephenie Meyer. DegreeSearch.org, an online education search company, hosted an opening movie event with its partners to build relations and business associations.
We did this last November at the opening of New Moon, said Chandler Horsley, president of DegreeSearch.org. We found that it really helped us get to know our clients better simply by spending an enjoyable time at the theater together.
Hosting a total of 50 people to the movie, the online degree programs search business has found that the informal atmosphere of the theater allows them to see a different side of business associates.
We have had such a great response from doing this, Horsley said. And when regular business barriers are down, we all find that we can be friends outside the workplace. As a result, we actually communicate better in regular business interactions.
Taking business partners and other associates to an afternoon showing, the online degree company also provided small gift bags to the moviegoers.
You dont need a highly-involved and organized event in order to have fun with clients or associates, Horsley said. It was low key and relaxed, a great way to kick off another successful season with this partner. We hope to be able to do the same thing when Breaking Dawn comes out.
